食譜: 韓式人蔘雞湯

✈️小編未有計劃飛韓國，但都可以教大家煮個「韓式人蔘雞湯」，自家煮，好好味！😋

😋韓式人蔘雞湯😋

😋材料：
高麗蔘 1小支
雞腿 或雞1隻
紅棗 5-6粒
枸杞 約1湯匙
薑 3-5片

😋煮法：
1.先用冷水浸蔘約15分鐘，洗刷乾淨備用。
2.紅棗洗淨後，用暖水浸約15分鐘至軟，去核，連浸過的水放入煲。
3.雞腿或雞去皮，飛水後，瀝乾。
4.將所有材料放入煲，注入約一碗半水至剛蓋過材料，大火滾起後，轉文火燉3小時。
