參麥雪梨瘦肉湯

湯水功效：有潤肺養陰、益胃生津、清心除煩肺燥或氣陰不足，症見之乾咳無痰，咽喉乾燥，鼻燥，氣逆而喘，心煩口渴等功效👍🏻

參麥雪梨瘦肉湯｜1-2人份｜2小時

👩🏻‍🍳材料: 

瘦豬肉 1斤

太子參 30g

麥冬 15g

南杏仁 30g

雪梨 4個

👩🏻‍🍳做法:

1. 將所有材料洗淨備用 *麥冬及雪梨須去除果核

2. 雪梨連皮切塊、瘦豬肉洗淨後切塊及南杏仁用熱水浸過後去衣

3. 將所有食材放入“Smart Easy” 迷你智能高速煲 (SC-2199) 並加入適量的清水

4. 揀選湯水功能及調至時間約１小時

5. 最後落適量的鹽作調味，即成
