💧2023年的白露係9月8日，白露時節，清晨的露水隨之日益加厚，露水凝聚而色白，故名「白露」。💧

等小編今日介紹「冰糖燉梨」俾大家，簡單又易整，仲可以Sweet吓！😋

💡功效：幫助止咳化痰，減輕支氣管不適

😋食材：雪梨。2個；冰糖。適量；紅棗。適量；杞子。適量。；水。適量

👨‍🍳簡單步驟：
1: 先將兩個雪梨去皮備用，再將紅棗清洗乾淨，杞子稍微沖水乾淨備用。

2: 可將雪梨切半或整顆放入鍋內，注入約7分滿的水量，再放入紅棗。

3: 蓋上鍋蓋，按下STEW功能，蒸煮時間約25分鐘左右。

4: 蒸煮好時，小心開蓋(避免水蒸氣高溫)，放入冰糖及𣏌子，再蓋上鍋蓋,燜約10分鐘，讓冰糖與梨子完全融合。

5: 當冰糖燉梨的溫度稍微不燙口，即可享用，潤肺止咳！😋
